We’ve done our best, including developing our naan recipe, so your only option isn’t boring cauliflower rice. Personally, I find cauliflower flabby and it doesn’t hold well in my stomach, so I prefer to use our keto naan with meals or even sandwiches!

Chicken saagrecipe – Easy and low carb!

  • Dice the chicken legs and set aside. Cut the tomato into cubes and the onion into slices. Thaw the spinach, drain and set aside in a bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Put the chicken in the hot pan, cook, remove and set aside.
  • Add the second tablespoon of melted butter to the pan and turn the heat low to medium-high. Add the onions and diced tomatoes and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the onions are soft and the tomatoes have shrunk. Add the crushed garlic and fresh ginger. Stir with a wooden spoon until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cumin, turmeric, chili powder, allspice and salt. Mix and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Turn heat to medium-high and add chicken, thawed and drained spinach. Stir so that everything is completely covered with spices. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to allow excess water to evaporate.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and sour cream and stir with a spoon until the mixture is smooth and cooked. Now taste the spiciness and add more lei, chili powder, cumin or ginger powder instead of freshly grated ginger. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with our low-carb naan or cauliflower rice!
