We all have that friend who says “I can eat anything I want, I just watch what I eat” The truth is, they are lying. If you can’t tell the difference between a healthier diet and a diet that is filled with baddies, you are going to have a tough time changing your ways. We’ve all heard the horror stories about how people have lost the weight they wanted to lose and gained it all back. And really, why even try?. Read more about keto cheesecake bars and let us know what you think.
If there was ever a dessert fashioned by the hands of Mother Nature to be enjoyed by all, this would be it! From the firm crust to the creamy cheesecake middle to the crunchy pecan top, these Bites of Keto Cheesecake have three levels. It’s a dream come true, and I demand that you make these as soon as possible!
We’re all yelling for keto desserts!
Desserts are the most popular recipes and videos on our site, and with good reason. When it comes to aiming to create the best low-car treats, we don’t back down. While our keto cheesecake pieces steal the cake, we also offer some world-famous low-carb chewy chocolate chip cookies, fudgy brownies, and cakes and pies! Our butter cake, coconut cream pie, and olive oil cake are my favourite three cakes/pies. I recently found that substituting butter for olive oil improves the flavor.
Fruit Desserts that are Keto-Friendly.
Keto doesn’t imply you can’t eat fruit. You can eat berries and they will taste like candy due to the shift in your taste buds! After dinner, I prefer blackberries, whereas Matt prefers frozen blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. We even have treats that make use of the natural sweetness of berries, like our blueberry cup cake and amazing blueberry muffins! We have fantastic keto crepes with a simple to make at home raspberry jam that you can prepare in bulk and store in the fridge for a couple weeks for our raspberry enthusiasts. On a keto diet, there’s no reason to feel deprived!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside an 8×8 baking pan that has been butter or parchment paper lined.
Combine almond flour, erythritol, stevia, cinnamon, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Fill the prepared pan halfway with the crust mixture and press it into a level layer.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool fully.
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, erythritol, and stevia until smooth and creamy in a clean bowl. Add the vanilla and eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition.
Set aside the cheesecake mixture, which should be poured in an equal layer over the chilled crust.
Combine heavy cream, butter, stevia, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Allow to come to a low boil, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the vanilla and pecans. Allow it cool for a few minutes before spooning over the cheesecake layer.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the cheesecake bars for 40 minutes, or until the pecans are golden brown. Allow to cool completely before covering and chilling for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve by cutting into bars.
**If you like your desserts extra sweet, feel free to increase the amount of erythritol in the cheesecake layer! Because these cheesecake bites are incredibly calorically dense, we cut them into 16 pieces, despite the fact that the photos show nine. You are welcome to cut them to your desired size, but this will change the macros! Serving Size: 1 Bite Net Carbs: 3g
