Oreos were one of my favorite cookies until I started saying NO! Sugar. They were a staple during both my pregnancies (looking back at all the food I ate, I’m a little embarrassed), but as delicious as they are, they’re not worth the exorbitant amount of carbs they contain.
Be careful. This keto cookie contains a small amount of cane sugar, so it could be considered dirty keto, but we still think it’s a great low-carb dessert option when eaten in reasonable amounts.
When I first tried Catalina Crunch Keto Sandwich Cookies, I immediately felt transported back to the good old days of Oreos and was absolutely blown away by how delicious they were, especially with such a low carb content! These dupe keto Oreo’s are very similar to the real thing!
